We are recruiting for an Assistant Behaviour Analyst.
The successful candidate will support the learning of an adult with a diagnosis of learning disability and Autistic Spectrum Disorder on a 1:1 basis in a North London college. You will contribute to ongoing behavioural assessments and teaching consistent with the ‘Essential for Living’ curriculum. You will be expected to work independently at the college, making adjustments to plans and identifying new goals for the learner. You will also manage data collection for ongoing analysis of progress towards identified goals.
Although this post is primarily focussed on supporting the education of one particular young adult, your role will involve working with both adults and children with special needs that may present with behaviours that challenge. You can expect to gain a wide experience of working with families and care providers, and with children and young adults with a range of complex needs.
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed term contract for a period of seven months (term time only) to start as soon as possible.
